One of my clients has a set of great security tecchnologies. They are looking for JV partners, licensees or potential buyers of the tecchnologies. Anybody can suggest me any good, aggressive IT tecchnology companies? The technologies have a great potential for IPO if appropriately managed.

The technologies remind me of PDF, but much more sophysticated. You send documents to someone but sometimes worry that he/she may forward it to someone else you don’t know, don’t you?
The technologies enable you send your files (MS Office ones such as Word and Excel, and PDF files) easily with effective controls such as:
– Setting times of reference and forwarding
– Setting the deadline date of reference
– Limiting the PC’s to open the documents
– Choosing whether to enable manipulation (editing) of documents or not
Good thing is, the receipients don’t need to install any “reader” software, unlike PDF. It’s amazing, isn’t it?

I was talking about a developer of DLP（Data Loss Prevention） technologies a few days ago. Does anyone know managers of security vendors to contact? They may be intersted in. They include McAfee, RSA Security of EMC Corp, Symantec, Check Point Software Technologies (Israel/USA), Kaspersky Lab (Russia), F-Secure (Finland), AVG Technologies (Netherland) and AhnLab (Korea).
